A cross slit valve operates through a pressure-activated sealing mechanism. The valve is molded from elastic silicone rubber with precision-cut cross slits. In a no-pressure state, the slits remain tightly closed, preventing leakage of liquid or gas. When internal pressure reaches the designed cracking pressure, the slits open proportionally, allowing controlled discharge. Once pressure is released, the elastic recovery of silicone enables rapid air return and immediate slit closure. This self-sealing design ensures consistent flow control, anti-drip performance, and reliable long-term durability.
Our cross slit valves are produced through LSR injection molding, precision slit cutting, outer profile punching, inspection, packaging, and final shipment verification. Slit cutting can be fully or semi-automated based on specifications. After molding, 100% visual inspection is performed, and dedicated fixtures verify slit size and position. For high-precision projects, AOI systems ensure full inspection coverage. Our sectional-gated LSR molds maintain uniform thickness and dimensional stability, ensuring reliable sealing and consistent flow performance.
Hopewell implements strict quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure stable sealing and consistent flow performance.
Through precise dimensional management and comprehensive functional testing, Hopewell ensures reliable mass production quality and long-term valve performance.
